How long will it take for a tractor to come to my farm?
It takes a maximum of 48 hours for a tractor to be mobilized to any farm.
How long does it take to get refunds?
Maximum of 24 hours upon receipt of request.
Where can I make payments?
You can make payments on the app through paystack, remita or flutterwave.
Do I have to pay for logistics?
Yes, in some cases paying for logistics is a requirement. This however depends on factors such
as your farm location, farm size and proximity to a Tractor Center.
What happens after I place an order for a tractor?
Once an order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a farm inspection to determine if your
land is tractorable. If land is tractorable, tractors will be mobilized to your farm.
